Cement Plant

Always Ready Concrete is a fully operational concrete plant that has been in business for 2 years now. The ready mix plant was purchased and delivered in November of 2021 and erected in March of 2022.

The concrete plant consists of:

The plant, all aggregates, materials, and equipment sit on 12” of stabilized concrete throughout the 3 acres of property.
We have:

11 mixer trucks

1 dry cement hauler and trailer 

1 2022 skid steer

1  2021 930 caterpillar loader 

The property is separated into tracts of 3.859 acres, .269 acre, .433 acre, and .574 acre for a total of 5.13 acres. It is located at 6510 N Sam Houston Parkway E Humble, Tx 77396.
